Do you wish you could get around without a car or know someone who needs public transportation to get to work, school or services? Do you want to contribute ideas for a schedule and route that better serves youth, seniors and families? Do you have ideas for signage, schedule formats or bus shelters? Come to Getting Around - a youth-led community workshop to improve our public transportation. This workshop is a project of Raising Places - a joint initiative between Kite's Nest and Greater Hudson Promise Neighborhoods to build child-centered communities. This event is being held in collaboration with the Columbia County Department of Social Services.
